and write on the pad who has hurt you and why. No-one will ever read it, so you
can put every thought and emotion down on paper. Then write at the bottom: ‘I
forgive you and cast you out to the universe’. You can fill up several notepads if you wish. Lana has more and you can write about as many people or experiences
as you want. Bring them here at meditation time and you will burn them in the fire.
The negativity will be cast out to the universe and disperse. It is unhealthy
to keep bad feelings within as it can manifest into physical or mental illness and
cause you to leak energy.”
